Wifi connection → iCloud Settings → Turn off Find My Device

TURN OFF TOUCH ID & PASSWORD

Settings → Touch/Face ID & Passcode → Disable Passcode

Follow the steps before you bring your device to an Apple Authorized Service Provider. If your device won’t power on or freezes, complete as many steps as possible:

Make sure you’ve manually backed up your device data.

Bring your device purchase receipt (if applicable), in case your device is required to show proof of purchase

Bring your device and any accessories you need help with.
